DeAnn Ellis Davidson has been a leader in the mortgage industry since 1992, having built a distinguished career working with various lenders and previously owning her own mortgage company. Over the years, she has earned Top Producer honors and received numerous accolades for her dedication and expertise.
Since 2015, DeAnn has consistently been awarded the prestigious Element Home Loans President’s Club honor and has ranked among the Top 1% of Mortgage Originators nationwide, as recognized by Mortgage Executive Magazine and Scotsman Guide. She was featured on the cover of Top Agent Magazine in 2015 and again on the cover of Featured Agent Magazine in 2017. In 2021-2022, DeAnn was named one of Who’s Who in America by Marquis Publications—an exclusive recognition for individuals who embody professional integrity, outstanding achievement, and significant contributions to society. In addition to leading her team of skilled loan officers, DeAnn is a passionate educator in the real estate industry. As a certified teacher through Live Gigantic Real Estate School, she has developed her own state-approved mortgage courses to help real estate professionals enhance their expertise and better serve their clients.
DeAnn's impact extends far beyond her professional achievements. She is an engaged member of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association and has made meaningful contributions to the East Metro Board of Realtors®. Her community involvement includes active participation in the Newton County Chamber of Commerce, Walton/Barrow Board of Realtors, Walton/Barrow Chamber of Commerce, and NAMAR (Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors). She is also deeply committed to giving back, partnering with Team Up Mentoring of Walton County, supporting the Humane Society of Walton County, and serving on the board for Discover Covington. Additionally, DeAnn is a devoted member of Bethlehem Church, where she continues to strengthen her connection to the community.
Family is at the heart of all she does. DeAnn is a dedicated wife, mother, and stepmother. She is married to Jamie Davidson and is the proud mom of two daughters: Kayla, a loan officer on her team, and Haley, the owner of Worthy Clothing Co., a boutique located on the Square in Covington. She also has two stepchildren. Dakota, a student at Catawba Community College, and Ciara, who attends UNC Chapel Hill.
